Aluminum profile, also called aluminum alloy profile. It is a kind of profile made of aluminum by extrusion into different cross-sections. It is generally divided into industrial aluminum profiles, door and window aluminum profiles, architectural aluminum profiles, curtain wall aluminum profiles, radiator aluminum profiles, mounting aluminum profiles, rail vehicle structure aluminum alloy profiles, etc. There are hundreds of specifications in these categories, and users can choose different profiles according to their different needs.

There are many grades of aluminum alloys, 1 series, 2 series, 3 series, 4 series, 5 series, 6 series, 7 seires, 8 series, and 9 series. The difference between different grades is that the proportion of various metal components is different.

Among them, 6 series is the most common, and mainly composed of magnesium and silicon. Moderate strength, good corrosion resistance, good welding performance, good process performance, and good oxidation coloring performance.

They are usually used for solar panel frame, automobile luggage racks, doors, windows, car bodies, heat sinks, and box shells.
