1, aluminum rod casting: aluminum ingots are heated and melted, a certain amount of alloying elements (magnesium, silicon) are added, and round rods of different diameters are cast by casting machine.

2, aluminum extrusion: the aluminum rod is heated to a certain temperature to reach the critical point of aluminum liquefaction, and then cut, hot shear, into the extrusion machine extrusion, through the mold extrusion out of the required section shape. Then, quenching, quenching methods have air cooling and water cooling. The air cooled state is T5, and the water cooled state is T6.

3, after extrusion processing: after the profile reaches the required length, it is pulled by the tractor and cut with a hot saw. Move the profile to the straightener by moving the cold bed. (Aluminum is soft when squeezed.) After straightening, cut with a fixed length saw, and load the transfer frame into the aging process.

4, artificial aging: the material is heated to a certain temperature in the aging furnace and maintained for 2-3 hours, which can significantly improve the mechanical properties of aluminum profiles, especially the hardness.

5. Surface treatment: Anodizing: The sulfuric acid solution is connected to the anode of the DC power supply for REDOX reaction, forming a dense porous oxide film on the surface, and then sealed. Aluminum profiles are more wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Electrostatic spraying - Using the Faraday effect of current and electric field, the fine particles of powder coating are uniformly adsorb on the surface of the material to protect the aluminum profile. After the surface treatment, the aluminum profile is more corrosion resistant, more wear-resistant, and the service life is greatly improved.
